Planned Maintenance

The Eco-Smart Food Waste Dryer will give you many, many years of service but like all mechanical equipment, it needs to be maintained properly to maximize its efficiency potential and lifespan. This is a twice-yearly visit as part of an annual, three-year or five-year contract. The unit comes with a standard 12 months’ parts and labour warranty which can be extended.

Our service package involves:

  • Checking all safety features to make sure they are functioning correctly, including interlocks, overload protectors and emergency stop circuits
  • Oiling drive chains
  • Checking and topping up coolant for the condenser
  • Ensuring the correct functioning and condition of all electrical components and wiring
  • Changing heat transfer oil once a year

We will book the service visit in with you in advance and give you a full report immediately afterwards for your records. This is an important part of your PUWER requirements.

Reactive Maintenance

In the unlikely event of a breakdown. We are on hand to provide support wherever you are in the UK including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We use our own in-house engineers to carry out all servicing and maintenance. We train local engineers in ongoing and reactive maintenance in other countries.

Our engineers are manufacturer-trained and we hold parts in stock at our premises in Lincoln so can deal with issues quickly, usually within 24 hours.
